Finance Assessor/Tutor
Accountancy Apprenticeship Tutor/IQA Assessor to undertake peripatetic tuition, assessing and reviews of learners on the Accountant apprenticeship and vocational qualifications. Responsibilities include:
- To support the Operations Department in the coordination, planning, monitoring and delivery of quality training and learner progress in line with external profiles/targets.
- To provide training, support and guidance to learners working towards their apprenticeship standard.
- To provide training, support and guidance to learners working towards their Functional Skills, Maths and English.
- Deliver, in a professional manner, all training sessions.
- When required, assist in the carrying out of initial assessments with learners.
- Set up and maintain course/learner files to a standard as directed by Operations Support learners in the maintenance of their e-portfolio.
- Communicate and support with all other departments within the company.
- Accurately and comprehensively complete learner reviews, ILDP and visit plans.
- Understand and proactively promote Prevent, Safeguarding, Equality and Health & Safety.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR.
Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety and quality/ administrative management.
Requirements:
- Assessor Qualification D32/33, A1 or TAQA (essential).
- Maths, English and ICT GCSE, A Level or Functional Skills at Level 2.
- AAT Professional Diploma in Accounting or higher alternative.

Finance Assistant
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced, positive and flexible Finance Assistant to be part of the Finance team. Responsibilities include:
- Managing the Finance Team shared inbox, dealing with basic queries and passing other queries to the appropriate colleague.
- Processing and payment of employee expenses.
- Purchase ledger support such as posting invoices to the system and assisting with payment runs.
- Imports of expense data between different systems.
- Responsibility for maintaining records, such as the creation of new employees in systems, applications for new credit cards and changing of credit limits and expense approvers.
- Filing and assistance collating documents for year-end audit.
Requirements:
- GCSE in Maths at a grade C or above (4-9) or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Able to pick up tasks quickly and effectively.
- Data entry and/or administrative office experience helpful.
- Able to work with a wider team across the organisation.
