Candidates must have the following skills, experience and qualifications as a minimum to be considered:
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in food prep or similar
- Basic Food Hygiene certificate
- Ability to display real passion for food and customer service
- Flair and innovation with menus and food prep
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to communicate well with team members
- Excellent time management skills
- Supervisory experience desirable

Hospitality Assessor
Candidates must have the following skills, experience and qualifications to be considered:
- Assessor Award TAQA, A1, D32/33 or equivalent
- Teaching Qualification PTLLS or equivalent#
- Level 3 Qualification in Hospitality Supervision or equivalent
- Occupational experience within Hospitality
- Experience assessing vocational qualifications within the workplace
- Experience in teaching and delivering Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICT
