Mortgage Adviser

Bridging BDM
Candidates must have the following skills, experience, and qualifications to be considered:
- Minimum of 2 yearsโ experience working as a Business Development Manager within the bridging lending or specialist finance industry.
- Existing relationships with developers/ borrowers/brokers.
- A strong background of successful development of business region.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to underwrite deals.
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
- Strong desire to overachieve target set.
- Candidates will need to hold a full UK Driving Licence as travel will be required throughout the UK.

Mortgage Underwriter
Candidates must have the following skills, experience, and qualifications to be considered:
- Min 2 yearsโ experience of working within the mortgage industry with a strong underwriting or operational background.
- Previous mandated status preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong knowledge of both Residential and BTL underwriting.
- CeMAP preferred or a willingness to study.

Mortgage Internal Business Development Manager
Candidates must have the following skills, experience, and qualifications to be considered:
- To build strong relationships with brokers firms/introducers to ensure all business targets are met.
- To work closely with the external BDM team to support ongoing case management.
- Identify appropriate new firms for introduction to external BDM team.
- Ensuring product knowledge is up to date so all intermediaries are aware of products range and criteria.
- Handling new business enquires from introducers.
- The ability to work individually and as part of the BDM team.
